The company has operated over the years under the mother organisation CENGSSUD as a department but now fully established as an independent corporate body and fully registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Established under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990.
The company is a foremost sustainability consulting and implementation firm with a focus on sustainability/ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) and Carbon risk and its impact on business.
